Heather Weeks is a bright, eager individual who has previously worked with the American Red Cross and the St. Vincent De Paul Society. A lifelong resident of Theodore, AL,  she is in the final stages of completion of a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Southern Mississippi.

    Heather is our Community Transition Specialist. In this position Heather will be working to assist individuals who are currently living in nursing homes to move out into the community.
