Adult Basic Education

     The goal of this course is to increase the educational level of ILC consumers. This course has three separate levels:

(a) Remedial Education - includes basic counting and reading skills for consumers with developmental disabilities.

(b) Basic Education - provides increased education for students who are less than high school level. It includes civics lessons, fractions and division, as well as English grammar.

(c) GED Preparation - this division of ABE is our highest level of instruction. Its goal is to prepare our consumers to take and pass the GED examination.
