Mr. Flora joined the staff in October of 2001. He has a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. He has worked at Mobile Mental Health Center in Mobile and Singing River Services in Gautier Mississippi. Mr. Flora assists consumers in developing Independent Living Plans. He also administers standardized tests to help in program placement, provides counseling services, and serves an an outreach advocacy worker in our seven county service area.
