Mr. Davis joined the ILC of Mobile in 1986 as a Field Counselor.
He has held the position of Executive Director of ILC since 1991.
Mr. Davis has a B.A. in Psychology, and a M.A. in Counselor Education, from the University of South Alabama.
He is a member of the State ILC Council, The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights Advisory Committee in Alabama, The Urban League, and the Mobile Advisory Commission for the Disabled
